Delete Your PlusOne Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your account on the PlusOne Platform operated by PlusOne Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("PlusOne", "we", "us", or "our"). Account deletion cannot be undone.

Fastest way — in the app:

Open PlusOne and sign in
Go to Settings → Delete Account
Confirm with Delete Permanently

By email (no app access needed):

Email support@plusoneapp.in with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address, or include your registered mobile number. We will verify account ownership and process the deletion within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, name, email address, mobile number, and photographs
Identity-verification records, subject to legally required retention
Login credentials and all active sessions (all devices are signed out immediately)
Messages, favourites, preferences, and notifications

What may be retained

Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including information relating to financial transactions, tax records, fraud prevention, safety investigations, disputes, legal claims, and regulatory requirements. Where legally permitted, retained information is restricted to the purpose for which it is retained, as described in Sections 14–15 of our Privacy Policy.
