Community & Safety Guidelines

These Community & Safety Guidelines ("Guidelines") apply to all users of the PlusOne mobile application, website, and related services ("Platform") operated by PlusOne Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("PlusOne", "we", "us", or "our").

These Guidelines supplement the Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you agree to follow these Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent termination, and may be reported to appropriate authorities where legally required or appropriate.

1. Purpose of the Platform

PlusOne is a human connection and companion-booking platform for lawful social, recreational, cultural, travel, entertainment, and other real-world activities. All interactions on the Platform must remain within this scope and within the scope permitted by applicable law.

2. Respectful Conduct

You must treat every user and companion with courtesy and respect. The following are prohibited in all communications, profiles, reviews, bookings, and in-person interactions:

• Harassment, stalking, or intimidation
• Hate speech or discrimination of any kind
• Threats, violence, or abusive behaviour
• Unwanted sexual content or advances
• Sharing another person's private information without consent

3. Strictly Lawful Activities

PlusOne strictly prohibits the use of the Platform for prostitution or sexual services, sexual solicitation, commercial sexual activity, human trafficking or exploitation, activities involving minors, drugs or unlawful substances, fraud, money laundering, or any other activity that violates applicable law.

Requesting, offering, or implying prohibited services — directly or indirectly — is a serious violation and may result in immediate permanent termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.

4. Honest Identity

You must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Use your real identity and accurate information
• Complete identity verification where required
• Not impersonate another person or create fraudulent accounts
• Not use photographs that are not of you or that you lack rights to use

5. Meeting Safely

For in-person meetings, users are encouraged to:

• Meet in public places, particularly for initial meetings
• Inform a trusted person about their plans
• Use safety features provided by the Platform, including emergency contacts and location sharing where available
• Avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive or financial information
• Use the in-app SOS or emergency features if they feel unsafe
• Report suspicious or unsafe behaviour promptly

PlusOne may provide safety, reporting, verification, and emergency-support features, but no technology platform can guarantee complete safety. Users are responsible for exercising reasonable judgement.

6. Payments Stay On-Platform

All booking payments must be made through the Platform's payment features. You must not:

• Request or make payments outside the Platform to circumvent fees or safety mechanisms
• Request another user's banking, card, or wallet credentials
• Use bookings or communications for fraudulent financial activity

Off-platform payment requests are a common indicator of fraud — report them immediately.

7. Reviews and Reporting

Reviews must be genuine, relevant, respectful, and based on actual experiences. You must not submit fake reviews, manipulate ratings, or use reviews to harass or threaten another person.

Every profile, conversation, and booking includes Report and Block options. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Submitting knowingly false reports is itself a violation of these Guidelines.

8. Content Standards

Profile photographs, biographies, messages, and other User Content must not contain:

• Nudity or sexually explicit material
• Violent, illegal, or hateful content
• Spam, advertising, or malicious links
• Another person's personal information without consent
• Content you do not have the rights to share

9. Enforcement

PlusOne may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Guidelines, the Terms & Conditions, or applicable law. Where appropriate, users may be provided an opportunity to appeal a decision through in-app support channels.
